for renovation rates. Rates for new client site renovation are determined

NOTES:
Complex
frame pages (using more than 2 frames), Cgi, JavaScript, and forms are
available at additional cost. If the odd script should slip in all by itself
to make your site a more pleasant place to visit, it is on the house.
Rates
are based on the expectation that the client will supply both graphics
and text. If new artwork is required (or touch up to make your graphics
“web-ready”), there are additional fees. Again, these fees are excessively
reasonable. If copy needs to be created or edited, there is also an additional
charge.
