Program Name: Clean Water State Revolving Fund Alternate Name: CWSRF

 
Purpose: Supports projects which reduce contamination of ground and surface water supplies in New York.

 
Eligible Applicants: Municipalities and public authorities

 
Eligible Activites: Planning, design, and construction of water pollution control projects, including: sewers, wastewater treatment plants, landfill leachate collection systems and closure/capping projects, and enclosures for highway de-icing materials.
