Name: Capital District Community Loan Fund |
| Purpose:
To
provide affordable loan funding for community development projects including
housing and economic development, particularly for low and moderate income
persons. |
| Eligible
Applicants: Non profit community development organizations in Albany,
Montgomery, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Warren and Washington Counties |
| Eligible
Activites: Working capital, site acquisition, rehabilitation, repairs,
and new construction of housing or other facilities, including business
start ups and expansions, day care centers, shelters, healthcare facilities,
micro enterprise, and youth programming. |
