Applicants: Local public agencies and non-profits in the Counties of
Schoharie, Delaware, Otsego, Chenango, Broome, Cortland, Tioga, Tompkins,
Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben, Allegany, Chautauqua and Cattaraugus. |

Activites: Infrastructure in support of business development or job
creation, development of community capacity to provide improved public
services, and rural health care partnerships and efforts to recruit or
retain health care professionals. |
