The New York State Rural Housing Coalition is a nationally recognized network of housing and community development professionals that has been cited as a model program by the National Housing Task Force. Members of this diverse group - including nonprofits, state and local government officials, housing developers, financiers, architects, planners, and others - share our mission: To provide quality affordable housing to all residents of rural New York State.
Coalition members include housing and community development professionals, financial services professionals, architects, attorneys, regional planners, state and local government officials and health and human services professionals. Together, this diverse network builds rural New York communities. The Coalition provides its members with training, technical assistance and timely, detailed information, fostering a unified voice for the quality of life in rural parts of the state.
