The 25th Annual Affordable Housing and Community Development Conference will be hosted by the New York State Rural Housing Coalition, Inc. at the Binghamton Regency Hotel and Conference Center. The Coalition's annual gathering has become one of the largest conferences in the nation for rural housing providers, economic developers and community development officials.

Workshops and Tracks
Thank you for your interest in the Rural Housing Coalition's annual conference and your suggestions for the workshops. Looking forward to the 2005 conference, we would like to invite our membership to participate in the process by clicking here to offer us your suggestions. We are accepting suggestions through June, 2005.

Registration
To register for the 25th Annual Affordable Housing & Community Development Conference, click here for a registration form which you may submit or print and mail or fax to us. If you submit the form or fax it, your registration will be confirmed when we recieve your payment. If you elect to mail it in, fill in all the appropriate information, print the page, and send the form along with your payment to the New York State Rural Housing Coalition at the address provided below.

Payment Method & Information: Make checks payable to the New York State Rural Housing Coalition, Inc. and send with completed registration form(s) to:

Lodging
The conference will be held at the Binghamton Regency Hotel and Conference Center. The address is: 225 Water Street, Binghamton, NY 13902.  The web address is: http://reservations.bookyournewyorkhotels.com/hotel/10006200-10193323O.html. A block of conference rooms will be held at special conference rates.

Room rates are as follows
Single            $74.00
Double           $74.00
Triple             $ 84.00
Quad            $ 94.00

This block of rooms is being held until September 18th. Confernce attendees need to call 1-607-722-7575. Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at Noon. 

Early reservations are strongly recommended.
